Кран консольный ручной ККР3 используется для подъема и перемещения грузов массой до 16,0 тонн на складских, промышленных и иных территориях. Конструкция крана колонного типа занимает минимум полезной площади, а также не требует дополнительного оборудования для опоры или в дальнейшем для эксплуатации, являясь абсолютно самостоятельным механизмом. Единственное требование к месту его установки - это наличие ровной бетонной поверхности. Простота и независимость конструкции консольного крана обуславливают его востребованность при выполнении грузоподъемных операций на ограниченной территории. Наш завод изготавливает краны ККРЗ с максимальным вылетом стрелы до 12 метров. Соответственно, кран способен обслужить площадь радиусом до 12,0 метров, вращаясь вокруг своей оси. Эксплуатация возможна, как в закрытом, так и на открытом пространстве при температуре окружающей среды от -20 °С до +40 °С, в морозоустойчивом исполнении от -40 °С. Для работы со взрывоопасными и легковоспламеняющимися материалами поставляется во взрывозащищенном исполнении, а для работы в пожароопасных зонах - в пожаробезопасном исполнении.
Модель консольного крана ККР3 имеет ручной привод на поворот консоли, поэтому поворачивается вручную за оттяжки. Электрический аналог данной модели крана - кран на колонне ККМ7 (приводится в движение с помощью мотор-редуктора, управляется через пульт). Грузоподъемный механизм, которым, как правило, выступает таль, может быть как с ручным, так и с электрическим приводом на передвижение и подъем/опускание груза. Базовый комплект поставки крана ККР3 состоит из колонны, стрелы крана и опорного фланца. Остальные механизмы и опции дополняются согласно техническому заданию Заказчика и условиям эксплуатации оборудования.

Выпускаемое оборудование соответствует требованиям Таможенного союза 010/2011 «О безопасности машин и оборудования». Типовые модели могут быть доработаны под определенные задачи производственного процесса на предприятии Заказчика. Данные запросы оговариваются индивидуально.
